For our molecular testing we have detected multiple viral pathogens:

*Rhinovirus/enterovirus

*Parainfluenza
*seasonal coronavirus
*Sars-CoV-2 ( one rebound case as well)

With our bacterial bacterial cultures there has been numerous isolates of the following :

*Group A strep (includes negative rapid Strep screens but positive on the overnight culture)
*Haemophilus influenzae
*multiple ear infections , one case with multiple pathogens (4+Group A strep , 4+pseudomonas aeruginosa, and 4+ Enterobacter
*MRSA
*Pnemococcus
(All of these bacterial isolates had antibiotic susceptibility testing performed)
