Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Most insurance covers for medically appropriate testing. Medically appropriate testing includes patients that have symptoms or been directly exposed. Please know that if for any reason your insurance denies the claim, you will be billed for the cost and collection of the test. We also accept Medicaid and Medicare.
NOTE: If the test is for non-medical purposes (ex: travel), we are unable to bill insurance. Can I pay with cash or card?Yes. If you do not have insurance or would like for us to not bill insurance, the Rapid Antigen test is $100. The RT-PCR test is $150. The RT-HDA (NUCLEIC ACID) test is $150. The Antibody test is $75. Where are you located?
We are located at 1428 Weatherly Rd. SE (Suite 109) // Huntsville, AL // 35803. Please park, walk up to our door and instructions on testing will be posted. All tests are done outside and around the back of our office. Please maintain social distancing and always wear a mask until tested.
Can I get a hard copy of the results?Yes. We can email you the results. We can also fax results to your primary care physician.

Is COVID-19 testing for surveillance or employment purposes required to be covered under section 6001 of the FFCRA? |
No. Section 6001 of the FFCRA requires coverage of items and services only for diagnostic purposes as outlined in this guidance.
